Embakwe high school is located at about 27 km away from the CBD of Plumtree town. Plumtree town is a border town which is located at 10 km away from the Zimbabwe – Botswana boarder and 100 km away from Bulawayo.

Embakwe high school caters for both boarding and day scholars so their fees vary on those categories where boarders pay from $300 to 600 and day scholars pay from $100 to 200 per term.
