Lupane State University is a higher education institution located in the small town of Lupane at the Matebeleland North province of Zimbabwe. Although they recently moved to the current main site the institution has been operating since 2005 at their other campus located at the city of Bulawayo.

Since its birth the university has grown to offer some of the best degrees in the country from the fields of Agricultural Sciences, Commerce, Humanities & Social Sciences, Engineering and Applied Sciences. The university boasts of producing some of the finest men and women who are currently shaping the country.

Logo Overview

The first noticible feature on the Lupane State University logo is the Zimbabwe bird and star which symbolises peace and unity among the student’s community. The black house like feature on the logo means that the institute would like their students to feel at home through their journey at the institution. The words ‘Building Communities Through Knowledge’ are the motto of the esteemed university.
