Solusi University is a private higher education institution located at 50 km away from the second capital of Zimbabwe, Bulawayo in the Matebeland north province. Solusi University is one the oldest institutions in Africa and they are one of the first private institutions as they were founded and run by the Seventh day Adventist Church.

The university got its ‘University’ status 33 years ago as they were formerly a college which was affiliated with Andrews University and other institution. During the time they were a college the institution followed American grading and business, research, and liberal arts curricular patterns which they still practice till today.
